  • Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 PM (EST) are typically processed the same or next business day.
  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
    Note: We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate before placing your order.
    We are not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Items returned to sender
    If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address:
  • A re-shipping fee will be required to resend it.
  • If unclaimed within 30 days, items may be disposed of without refund.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
  • Once your item is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
    We are not responsible for:
  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • Items forwarded or redirected by customer request
    If your package is missing and tracking shows it has not been delivered or has been in transit beyond 15 business days:
  • Please contact us with your order number
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate
